Yes-This is where we learn of the goals for your event and structure a workable plan around your goals. From this information a quotation will be developed and sent to you in writing for your approval.
Go to the bookings page on this website and send a request for contact. We'll get back to you promptly. We can have a brief conversation and you can decide if you would like to proceed with a discovery consultation and quotation.
Our price is not the cheapest, but it won't be the highest either. We do not upsell or provide "this package or that package". The quotation that is provided to you will be for your approval and include everything that we are able to provide based upon our discovery meeting. If during the event, something else is needed and is within our capabilities, we will not add any additional cost to the event.
It will depend upon the event. For weddings & events that require detailed planning, the answer is Yes. For other events, an approval of the quotation should prove adequate. The contract and quote outlines important logistics of the event, deposits, payments and pricing
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to lock in a date; otherwise, the date is subject to replacement by another party.
Currently-cash, check, Paypal. Other forms of payment such as credit cards are currently under consideration.
There will be no travel charges within 135 miles of The Woodlands, Tx. For travel outside that radius, there may be additional fees involved.
Yes. An event schedule must be provided with a list of clear instructions.
Yes. Information will be provided on request after the deposit payment has been made.
